Increase organizational understanding and awareness of health equity through education, support plans for education on Indigenous cultural awareness (improving understanding of Indigenous history, perspectives, cultures, and traditions) and cultural safety (improving understanding of anti-racist practice and identifying individual and systemic biases that contribute to racism across the health care system).

Indigenous Wisdom for Wellness Series - For Front Line workers, practioners those who care for or service others
Spend the day with Dennis Windego, and the Indigenous Grandmothers. Gain Wisdom to enhance your understanding of how connecting to the land through Indigenous wisdom creates wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
Indigenous Wisdom for Wellness is an opportunity to support Indigenous individuals or teams within organizations and corporations who are implementing TRC policies. This day will be filled with Indigenous knowledge, experiential learning while connecting to the Land, yourself and each other.
Healthy food and beverages will be provided during the morning, lunch and afternoon break.
Please bring a reusable water bottle and coffee mug.
